GROUP CAMPING MADE EASY

Organising a camping weekend for a large group can be complicated. At Woods & Meadow, our ready-made group camping packages take care of many of the things that make group trips difficult.

Your group can camp together in private woodland or wild meadow, with options for self-pitching, pre-pitched Bell Tents, private toilets and showers, wood-fired pizza, communal spaces and on-site support.

We cater for family groups, friends, school groups, celebrations and larger gatherings near Hastings in East Sussex.

You bring the people. We’ll help organise the camping.

What to expect

On-site facilities

Hot gas fired showers

Party all night with crystal clear instant streaming, create your own stick it on playlists.

Toilets

We have a mixture of compost toilets and Eco flush. All toilets are close to water points, have eco soaps, hand sanitiser, lighting and in all points of the fields.

Washing up

All pitches come with washing up buckets, washing up points have Eco soaps running water.

Drinking water

Every season before opening we have our fresh drinking water taps checked that they are fit for human consumption and storage.

Bell Tents are ideal for guests who don’t have their own camping equipment, families travelling together and groups who want a mixture of traditional camping and more comfortable accommodation.
